Thank you for shopping with Pet O Pets! We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.


🚚 Shipping Locations

We currently ship accessories, supplies and food across the globe. 


📅 Processing Times
• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
. Replacement parts processing time vary between 2-12 business days.
. Once the orders are processed, they are transferred to Shipping Department.   Shipping time vary depending upon the service chosen by the customer.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Live animal orders may require additional time and coordination for safe delivery.


🐦 Live Animals Shipping
• Live pets (birds, fish, reptiles, small pets etc.) are only shipped Tuesday to Wednesday to avoid weekend delays.
• We use overnight or same-day air cargo services with live animal handling.
• Customers must be available to receive and inspect the pet upon arrival.
• We recommend picking up live animals directly from the airport where applicable.
• We guarantee live arrival but must be notified within 2 hours of delivery with photo/video proof if there are any concerns.


📦 Standard Product Shipping (Accessories, Food, Supplies)
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or remote locations.


🔁 Shipping Issues & Delays
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
• Pet O Pets is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address details.
• Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
