Please note that Bird Pickup and Drop off timings are from 12:00 to 4:00 every day at both locations.
We provide the same maintenance and Tropican Bird food to all boarding birds as we do to the birds we offer and recommend in our stores. If you choose to feed a different kind of food, please ensure you provide enough food for the duration of your bird’s boarding with us.
These feathered friends are housed in separate cages, with cage sizes tailored to the type of bird. Generally, the cage size is two and a half to three times the wingspan of the bird when fully stretched in flight. It’s important to know that boarding birds are kept in a quarantine section located at the back of both locations.

PET GROOMING / DNA
Prior to bringing your pet for grooming we request your understanding for the following:-
- Pet Grooming is done only with prior appointments.
- Pets are to be brought in for grooming in a proper Pet carrier or a small cage, so the pet(s) is/are visible by the Groomer and Staff before they take them in to Grooming room. we do not accept any pet for grooming in boxes / cartons.
- Discuss the issues prior to grooming, if there are any.
